Cirno's fine, but are you sure that's supposed to be Reisen?
Granted, I'm not sure who else it could be (Maybe some one-shot character who appeared once on an album cover or one of the books?), but the colors are all wrong, she's missing the tie clip and lapel pin, and her ears are rounded like Tewi's.
